robo call, said contacting all account holders about upcoming increase in cc interest rates. said to press 9 to talk to a rep. pressed 9, got a rep asking me if i wanted to take advantage of a lower interest rate on cc balances. asked to be removed from their call list and she hung up.

Keeps calling almost daily and playing the same message (woman's voice) for months now: "This message is for Redolfo Equazada, if this message is not for you please erase, this is Chelsy...(See talks too fast and garbled just at that point when mentioning the name of thier company), this is a Collections Agency...22054341". Need to have an end to this crap! PUC, State's Attorney, etc. where are you?

I too got a message form a strong indian accent man. I didnt get his name. He told me I had to call him or have my attorney call him the second I hear this message. I didnt call back with the number he left, but did try the 800 number. and did talk with a david brown who was an attorney if california. When he wanted me to verify my social security number I refused and he said that he could no longer speak to me. and hung up

the caller stated that he worked for a american law firm. I asked what this was about he said I took a payday loan, I have never taken a payday loan. so I asked more queations like how much was the loan for and what date I received this money. Tom said I cant give you that information. Why? so I asked what company was sueing me and it is American Payday loans. I think Im going to keep calling "Tom Smith" just to tell him what a a*# he is and keep his line busy. Scammers I will also report the number to the better business people. This scam needs to stop!!! I'm a younger person and at least new not to give them money but what about people who dont know better and there trying to scare you on paying rite away.
